Release sore muscles, shorten recovery time, prevent injury and prep yourself for the LA Marathon in this uniquely tailored, Yoga for Runners workshop!
We will target hip flexors, quads, ankles and feet to slow down and soften the lower body so you can run wild and free.
These active and targeted stretches can be done on your own surrounding your running practice. We’ll close our workshop with a glass of cherry juice for sore muscles and you’ll leave with nutrition and supplement tips and tricks to quell inflammation, and nourish your active body.
