Although we cannot be or erase racism, we can challenge it with personal resilience and determination.

My prqxtice which was once committed to a broad spectrum of services for a broad community has been reduced to focus on one thing and one thing only. And that is building a self defense against racism in the black community.

I have developed a highly specialized protocol for this purpose. It is practiced by the black community for the black community whose generational trauma has yet to be acknowledged or addressed by the wellness communities. This project is for children and adults.

I am seeking to provide ten teenagers between the ages of 12-18 five free sessions which can be done in person or remotely. It does require a one time professional clearance form a licensed psychologist which can be referred if necessary.
