As an LA based LMFT, I work with couples and individuals to address communication difficulties, emotional struggles and life transitions.

Specializing in individual therapy, couples counseling, and premarital counseling. Addressing communication problems, respect in relationships, forward thinking and mindfulness. Issues related to stagnation, lack of focus, poor follow-through, avoidance, stress, depression, and communication. As many of us come to realize, the journey towards insight and self-growth in adulthood is often times a bumpy ride, with frequent setbacks. Therapy can be the place to examine the things that are not working and build on the things that are working. Therapy is an investment in yourself or your relationship as it gives you an opportunity to look at the choices, decisions and behaviors that have led you here. With that in mind, therapy helps you come up with a game plan and a road map to make the changes you would like to see within yourself and your relationships. Whether it is couples with communication and intimacy issues, or individuals addressing emotional struggles, many repetitive patterns persist in sabotaging and creating damage in our day to day interactions.
