One of my favorite pre-workout rituals is stacking nitric oxide from with my water before I train. 💧 🧬

One of my favorite moments from this podcast was when she shared this simple at-home experiment. 🔬

Grab chlorine test drops (the kind that turns water yellow), then drop in a slice of apple or strawberry. Watch how quickly that yellow disappears as it absorbs into something porous.

It’s a wild visual, and it’s exactly the point. Our skin is absorbent too. So if your shower water is loaded with chlorine, you are not just rinsing it off, you’re taking it in every single day. 💧

If you have kids, do this experiment with them. It’s a fun way to actually see what we are working with, and why clean water and proper filtration matters way more than most people think. 🚿
