So, I have been meditating 20 minutes every morning. Although, I have always practiced some yoga everyday, committing to a daily meditation was difficult. The results after one month have been extraordinary. CLARITY!My mood elevated, focus improved, productivity much easier and a neighbor said that I seemed more open. I feel like everything is unfolding for the greater good and that good is awesome!
