Choosing to begin therapy is a powerful step, and I’m here to make that journey feel supportive, collaborative, and genuinely healing. Before becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I worked in the finance world—an experience that showed me firsthand how stress, pressure, and burnout can impact mental health. That insight now helps me guide professionals, individuals, and couples who are trying to balance demanding lives with their emotional well-being. My approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that every person has the strength to heal and grow. In our sessions, we’ll explore the root causes of your stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or past trauma, and uncover the patterns that may be holding you back. Together, we’ll build tools that help you feel more grounded, connected, and aligned with the life you want. Will they understand me? Will therapy actually help? I strive to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and understood. Your therapy is fully personalized, and we set goals together so your progress feels meaningful, realistic, and empowering. I utilize a range of evidence-based approaches to support your healing, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and the Gottman Method for couples therapy.
