Relaxation Stations Relaxation Stations™ offers fast and affordable mind-body healing in 20-minutes via our one of a kind automatic healing system.

Here at Relaxation Stations™, we realized two things: people don’t have a lot of time to slow down and take a break from our fast-paced lifestyles and this creates built up stress in the mind & body which is the leading cause of all disease and illness. With this in mind, we crafted a one of a kind automatic healing system to mimic the rejuvenating and relaxing sleep-state in the mind and body, in just 20-minutes. Each Relaxation Session includes listening to a guided audio meditation while resting on a hydro-massage table that gently soothes and massages the body. There is absolutely nothing to do but drift off. When the mind and body are relaxed together, healing happens. This is achieved by activating the rest and restore function of the body – the parasympathetic nervous system —while the mind enters a state of deep meditation. At the end of a 20-minute session, an amazing amount of healing energy is released throughout the body that is felt from head to toe. Aches and pains disappear, clients leave feeling blissful, rejuvenated, peaceful, and ready to begin the best part of their day!

Farewell, but not goodbye...

Dear Friends,

We have made the difficult and heart felt decision to close Relaxation Stations. Our last day of business will be this Sunday, March 12th. Our dream remains, but we have decided to close the doors to regroup and re-imagine what is next for us. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to bring this beneficial healing system into reality and touch your lives with the power of Relaxation.

There is more to come so please stay tuned for what’s next!!! We will be providing updates in the near future to our email list and Facebook followers.

We hope to see as many of you as possible in this final week to say farewell. Thank you for the support you have shown us, we appreciated it every time you walked in.
