There was a version of me that still entertained low-level habits.
Low-level conversations.
Low-level distractions.
Low-level discipline.
That version never would’ve built this body.
Never would’ve built these businesses.
Never would’ve stepped into bigger rooms.
The fit version of me didn’t just train harder.
He thought different.
When you truly level up,
you lose your appetite for what used to entertain you.
Your standards rise.
Your circle tightens.
Your time becomes sacred.
Body follows mind.
Results follow identity.
You don’t get in shape and then become disciplined.
You become disciplined… and the body has no choice but to reflect it.
Different frequency. Same man.
