I want to embrace the new year letting go of what it could be but it isn’t, and accepting what the present is with gracefulness. I want to choose and commit to be in the now, to challenge my anxiety and to lean towards the beauty of the unknown.
Its so hard to let it go the loss of a daughter and a mother, and at the same time I am so grateful for my amazing children and life. I wish everyone a new year of peace, meaningful connection, repair and health.

Thus was my last board meeting as the president for the IAEPD(International Association for Eating Disorders Professionals) LA chapter. I am so grateful for the learning, the connections and friendships. Also, I am so happy with the new direction that the chapter is taking and to welcome the upcoming new amazing co presidents Stefanie and Cori. I hope to see you guys at our last event if the year on 11/4.

Starting a new decade grateful for my health, focusing on my family, and being mindful of spending my energy wisely. Thanks for all the people in my life that support me and bring me so much light, and specially to my husband and soul mate and my kids that are my life.
