🐾 Week 1 of Camp: Animal Adventures! 🐾

Last week’s camp focus was all about body awareness—helping campers learn where their bodies are in space and how to move with control and coordination. Through obstacle courses, movement games, and animal-inspired play, we practiced skills such as balance, coordination, and motor planning. From stomping like elephants to slithering like snakes, campers explored how different animals move, eat, and play — all while building foundational motor skills that support regulation, focus, and independence. 🐘🦒🦘

We can’t wait for more fun in the weeks ahead! 🌟

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Wildfire Relief Hours this week! We loved seeing so many smiling faces here at PlaySpace! We are so happy we could provide a safe fun space for you and your kids during this time ❤️

Our hearts go out to those affected by the LA wildfires. We will still be hosting our MLK camp in the coming week. If you are looking for a safe, clean, indoor space for your child to spend the days off we hope you can join us.

We are also offering free Wildfire Relief Hours each day 1/13-1/15. Our clinic is open to families to use during these times as a safe place to play. Links for both camp and the wildfire relief hours are in our bio.
