People often ask me what I do to avoid burnout as a therapist. There are several things, but one of the most important for me is walking. Walking resets me and restores my sense of balance. I often listen to podcasts when I walk, and lately I've been exploring the latest season of Anderson Cooper's All There Is. Offering Pro Bono Therapy for Those Affected by the LA Fires

I am offering pro bono therapy sessions for individuals impacted by the LA fires. I can provide up to 4 sessions per person. The focus will be on processing emotions, providing tools to address anxiety and trauma responses, and offering referrals for ongoing therapy, if necessary.
