https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.868279863183992.1073741928.165080336837285&type=3&uploaded=1''Well before we treat your Back" Mr or Mrs when was the last time you had exercise?.....or Well your Back hurts cause you are Overweight...or why did you come now for TREATMENT if you had this pain 6 years ago?....We can NOT Operate you cause your heart will not Resist the Anesthesia you are OUT OF SHAPE badly....and I can go ON and on listening all this CONVERSATIONS ..why?.....why?... why?......and the answer of all these is just LACK of Respect of your Body and doing NOTHING to PREVENT a Disease or a Hart Condition or any other Illness.....

I had my hands in my face(freaking out) looking at Patients getting in the same Doctor's waiting room with 50 or 60 lbs heavier some helped with a nurse some in a wheelchair....and I'm Thinking IF I feel like S #@&T with my back ISSUE and my overall health is Perfect and I still wanted to SHOOT me cause I just couldn't resist ( my pain) HOW in the HECK these people let them go THEIR BODIES and Health for so Long and now at 50 years old DUE to and unhealthy Lifestyle and Lack of Exercise can LIVE with so much pain and Illnesses????? and still DON'T do anything to change their Lifestyle Doing Exercise, eating Healthy, no Smoking or Drinking,not listening to their Bodies,or knowing that in their Family had a history of Diabetes or Heart Attack?.

Why YOU or US let your life be MISERABLE, with Pain, Overweight ,Sickness, High Blood Pressure, Diabetes and many other Health Problems????.......

Why you don't CARE about your body?.....why you don't care being Healthy and live LONGER for you or even for your KIDS?????......

Why we just TRASHED or Bodies?????......

I lived 3 incredibles years in Vallarta in the correct time and in the right moment in my life ... so many parties ,memories of fun , dance, friends that will leave and come back to visit me , beautiful sunsets in the gay beach or "Descanso de el Sol", meeting many nice and super handsome men that I date or friends they became very close to my heart ...Also the most awful moments of pain when I broke up with my boyfriend, back in 1998 ...yes I lived there 1998, 1999 and 2000 ..."23 Years Ago"......I was a Realtor working for Century 21 and later on for Tropicasa Realty , the only way to survive money wise in this expensive place was selling Houses or apartments,have to mention that I was very very fortunate when I sold "an incredible house in Conchas Chinas (one of the most beautiful neighborhood in the Zona Romantica”listed for ONE million dollars “ had a great commission $$ since That house was my Listing and I was the broker selling it I was very Lucky.
I will be sharing with you more great Captures...

4.- “Jogging” (working cardiovascular system, upper body and abs)/ 4.- “Trote”Posicion Inicial(trabajo cardiovascular,músculos superiores,abs).

As simple as it sounds, position your body in the pool half way out of the middle of your chest and flex arms as if you were jogging (see image in detail)..Inhale.
Now as you move forward across the pool the only thing we NEED to do to make this jogging more challenging is ELONGATING and fully extending the LEGS with toes pointing as we shift to the back of our body(see image in great detail)..so in this image I’m stepping with the left leg and shifting back with my right leg fully EXTENDED, then step with the right leg ..Exhale....try to do this 5 -10mins. See image #4.

4.- “Trote”Posicion Inicial(trabajo cardiovascular,músculos superiores,abs).

Tan sencillo como se escucha,coloca tu cuerpo como si fueras a trotar,agua siempre a la mitad de tu pecho,flexiona brazos, una pierna en el piso y otra levantada(ver imagen en detalle)...Inhala… Exhala y mueve tu cuerpo al frente trotando cruzando la alberca, para hacer más desafiante este movimiento ESTIRA la pierna que no está pisando la alberca, alargandola y PUNTANDO bien los dedos de este pie,alterna esta posición al cambiar de piernas(ver imagen en detalle)..este movimiento es muy INTENSO ya que todo tu TORSO trabaja en contra de la resistencia del AGUA.Haz esto 5-10mins.Ver imagen #4.

Stand in the pool where the water is in the middle of your chest(see image in detail) lift your ARMS flexing them close to your chest, position your HANDS and palms facing away from you (see image in detail) please keep fingers together as well as your thumbs to create resistance against the water...inhale. See image #3.

3.- “Brazada de Pecho” Posicion inicial(trabajo cardiovascular,músculos superiores, abs).

Párate en la alberca donde el agua te llegue a la mitad del pecho(ver imagen)levanta tus BRAZOS flexionados y cerca de tu Pecho,posiciona PALMAS de las manos fuera de tu cuerpo manteniendo dedos pegaditos ademas de tu PULGAR para crear RESISTENCIA encontra del agua….Inhala…..Al exhalar CAMINA con brazos bien ESTIRADOS y moviendos circularmente hasta pasar ATRÁS de tu cuerpo(ver imagen en detalle)esto creara una intensa RESISTENCIA estimulado todos tus musculos Superiores,otra vez pisa al frente y regresa brazos a posion inicial cruza la alberca.Haz esto 5-10mins.Ver imagen #3.

Turn your body and now open your arms widely keeping your arms and neck close to the edge of the pool(see image in detail)..lift your chest and extend and ELONGATE your legs pointing your toes shifting right and left in a slow and control speed, hold your abs and feel the work in your quadriceps, try to do this 5 -10mins.See image #2.

2.- “Posicion Supina Patada de Piernas”( trabajo cardiovascular,piernas,gluteos,abs).
Volteate y abre tus brazos,pega tu cabeza al borde de la alberca(ver imagen)levanta tu pecho y ESTIRA bien piernas “pies” puntados pataleando no muy rapido, inahala y exhala de manera controlada,aprieta tu estómago y siente trabajando quadriceps...haz esto 5-10mins.Ver imagen #2.
