At TOSH FIT my training specialties are Movement Mechanics, Functional Performance Training, and Body Transformation. Every morning I wake up excited to share the dedication, joy and, movement that I love most about fitness with others. Whether its someone who has an injury and looking for pain relief, weight-loss, or athletic performance. I enjoy seeing the transformation that happens in their body and mind throughout the process. I am definitely know for my attention to proper form and program design. Building the foundation for the body of their dreams. Everyone is searching for that missing piece to their fitness puzzle and that is what i do. By figuring out what's missing and helping clients achieve the freedom of movement. Freedom is priceless and thats what TOSH FIT provides to my clients.

I used to wear working nonstop & stress like a badge of honor. My hustle was legit, okay?! I was proud of being the one who could juggle everything & never slow down. But the truth is… I was giving the world the best of me while giving myself whatever was left. Choosing to shift that changed everything for me. When you finally decide to prioritize your body, mind, & peace, life hits different. Discipline becomes clarity. Self-care becomes a lifestyle instead of a trend.

I’ve been on this mindset shift journey for the last two years, & honestly, the biggest transformation started in my head long before it ever showed on my body. Yes, with consistency and a plan I’ve lost 3 inches around my waist in the last month, but none of that happened without mentally locking in first. No shortcuts. No magic anything. Just choosing myself every single day, even on the days I didn’t feel like it. Month 1 was about eating cleaner, cutting sugar, & pushing myself to work out 4-5x a week. Did I enjoy it always? Absolutely not. LOL. But commitment doesn’t require enjoyment, it requires consistency.

As time went on, my workout evolved. Strength training & foundation became my focus, & then skating again, brought a whole new joy & freedom to my movement. It challenges my body in different ways, keeps me excited, & reminds me that fitness can be fun & transformative. Skating again helped me reconnect with myself in a way I didn’t even know I needed.

Now I pour that same energy into helping my clients, because when your body is strong, everything else lines up, your confidence, your posture, your discipline, your energy. Just remember: you’re more than the roles you play for everyone else. You deserve the version of you that’s thriving, not just surviving.

If you want to shirk your waist and change your body you have to show up over and over and over and over and over again.
