Lately, so many of us are feeling disconnected—even when we’re surrounded by people.

I’ve been thinking a lot about what it really means to flourish—not just getting through life, but experiencing joyful, meaningful growth.

The truth is, we’re not meant to do this alone. We’re wired for connection—for community. And when we come together, something powerful happens. We grow, we support one another, and we step more fully into who we are.

Flourishing isn’t something you just find—it’s something you create. Like a garden, it needs to be nurtured, watered, and cared for… together.

Somewhere along the way, we’ve lost the rhythm of “village life”—spaces where we truly see each other, support each other, and grow side by side.

So I’m creating the ZenDen Flourishing Circle—a space for women to come together in connection, support, and growth.

A space where we:
• Support each other’s journeys
• See the value in one another
• Stretch beyond our comfort zones
• Reconnect to something bigger than ourselves

Because when we help others succeed, we grow too.

DO YOU KNOW ABOUT THE BENEFITS OF BORON/BORAX?
Things most people don’t know about Boron! It’s pretty freaking amazing! (List of benefits and citations below)

Many people think that boron is a naturally occurring mineral; in fact, by itself, it’s not. Boron is actually a component of a naturally occurring element known as sodium borate, and boron itself only makes up 11.3% of its molecular mass or weight volume.

And for those who take it, they typically go to the grocery store and purchase a box of Borax in the laundry detergent section. They will then dose themselves for boron, which is usually 1 to 10 mg of boron per day as a therapeutic. This is a nonfunctional dose. Because you are only getting a little more than 10% boron (11.3%), and then they are finding no benefit.

Of course not; they are only taking 1/10 of what they need. If your protocol calls for 1 mg per day, you actually need 11 mg of Borax to obtain 1 mg of boron. Or 110 mg of Borax if you’re seeking 10 mg of boron.

Thus, for those of you who are already familiar with boron, ensure you're dosing yourself properly, or you’ll get little to no benefit. And for those of you who aren’t familiar with it, and also for those of you who are, the following is a list of the therapeutic benefits of boron supplementation as proven in peer-reviewed science.

Because I know people are going to ask. Mix your Borax in half a glass of warm water, and drink it once per day. The dosing is 1 mg to 10 mg, but remember what I stated above in that you have to multiply by 11 when using Borax in order to get the right amount. Because Borax (sodium borate) only contains 11.3% boron!

And, no, I don't know what the best brand is in your area. 😛 Go see what's available to you and try it!

The greatest scam the Food Industry ever pulled wasn't making sugar addictive.

It was convincing you that chemical waste is a "Vitamin."

Go to your kitchen.

Pick up that box of cereal, bread, or multivitamins.

Read the label.

You will see a word that sounds healthy: "Folic Acid."

You have been told this is essential.

They are lying to you.

Folic Acid does not exist in nature.

You cannot find it in a leaf, a steak, or a fruit.

It is a synthetic compound created in a lab (originally derived from coal tar).

Nature makes Folate.

The Industry makes Folic Acid.

Why the swap?

Profit.

Natural Folate is expensive and unstable (it rots).

Synthetic Folic Acid is cheap and lasts forever on a shelf.

So they spray it on our grains and pack it into our pills to "fortify" them.

Here is what they don’t tell you:

40% of the population cannot process this chemical.

Because they have a genetic mutation called MTHFR.

Think of your liver as a "Stamping Machine."

When you eat natural Folate (from greens, liver, eggs), your body stamps it (Methylation) so your cells can use it.

If you have the MTHFR mutation, your stamping machine is broken.

So what happens when you feed a broken machine massive amounts of synthetic Folic Acid?

It jams the gears.

The synthetic acid doesn't get processed.

It accumulates in your blood.

Worse, it blocks your receptors from absorbing the real vitamins you get from food.

We are creating a society of "Over-fed and Under-nourished" people.

And the victims are the most vulnerable:

Pregnant Mothers.

Doctors blindly prescribe massive doses of synthetic Folic Acid.

Without even testing for the gene.

If that mother is part of the 40%, she is flooding her baby’s system with unmetabolized synthetic compounds.
