On a “clean” diet and still struggling to lose weight? Try looking at what food you are eating and at what times. Eating simple carbs like wild rice at dinner when you are done for the day and not going to be active may not be an ideal time to eat that. Instead have that for lunch or even breakfast this way you can be active during the day and burn it off. Just because it’s a “clean” food you are eating, the way it breaks down and metabolizes may not be ideal for the timing of that meal

Everybody is strong enough to lift the weights onto the machines but too weak to rack their weights and clean up their mess. These people are rude, inconsiderate and laughable. If you are strong enough to lift the weights then you are strong enough to clean them up and out the away when you are done.
