Check the post in my feed from last week.

The healing process is usually engaged when the pain is too much and people and people want liberation from it.

The truth - at least for me - is that pain doesn't go away. It becomes easier to digest, easier to recover from and far less debilitating. Many who pass through even a chunk of healing tend to find life expands on all vectors - pleasure as well as pain - and old masks fall away to give this room.

So while healing doesn't liberate us from pain, it definitely liberates us from a lot of our conditioning, illusions about life, happiness and protective self-bullsh*t. It also clears up our intuition and gives us greater day-to-day clarity, as we're not navigating from the wiring of old coping mechanisms (at least, as much as we were, pending how far along the healing process we're on).

This is a new thing for me, so bear with me if any tech hiccups occur.

It’s a delight for me to be able to grill Ariane as my first guest. She’s a dear friend who’s got a hell of a story and serves up deeply fascinating work in metaphysics.

It’s been tough for me to sum up my experience of her work. Ultimately, she - literally - dances a fine line between artistic performances, mystery school teachings and ritual magick.

One of my favorite pieces of her work is practical clairvoyant training. She also guides meditations where she’ll transmit energy through her eyes and shift the state of people or the room. To me, she blends intuitive work, real psychic work, and metaphysical processes through temple dance traditions, and deeply effective ta**ra wisdom.

Saturday will be the first episode in the "I don't have a name for this yet" Show. I'll probably have a name for it by then.

𝗔𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝘆𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗵 is my first guest and a dear friend / adored witch.

She's one of those folks hard to pin down to a single description, but to me, asides from deeply embodying her temple arts metaphysical dance work, she's one of the rarest clairvoyance teachers I've met, holding and altering the fields of people through gaze-based transmission, and someone who's demonstrated 'seeing with my eyes' clairvoyance tools.

The only other modality I've experienced like that was Toltec Black Mirror work where one of my ancestors' faces apparated into visible reality for a moment and nearly made me s**t an entire organ.

So anyway - she's a rare one and I'm glad to have her on as my first guest. We'll probably talk about what she does, her 'origins' into this, her temple arts and the fun stuff she's pursuing currently. We'll probably also cover challenges in holding an energetic space that requires the level of depth she holds for people.

Ariane Labyrinth is a dancer between worlds. A classically trained ballerina who has also trained in many different styles, she is a meditation and metaphysics teacher with 20 years of experience, as well as a choreographer, ritual artist, experience designer, and event and festival producer.

As the founder of PhenoVibe, she has led countless Cosmic Alchemy meditations, Dance Alchemy programs, ta***ic mysticism and light sorcery workshops, all-night Cosmic Cabaret ritual performance events, and Cosmic Carnival three-day festivals.

❤️🩹 Healing can be a chaotic experience for many. While it contains patterns across all people, for the individual it's an experience very much in the nuances of their own level of consciousness and awareness.

Typically, the experience to many folks new to that pursuit becomes one that hits on one of two paths - craving, or avoidance.

🐂 Craving of ideals that are believed to prevent more suffering, and that can even be running into the suffering head-first, believing that submersion will lead to eventual escape from suffering.

Otherwise, it's avoiding anything that reminds us of the past, as if to believe we will remain in our strength and maintain more joy if we simply avoid pain and discomfort (though we tend to stagnate instead).

🧙🏼All masters I've met know that pain is a part of life, and what they all have in common is knowing how to be at peace with discomfort, with some even naturally able to welcome it as if a teacher they expect to show up in waves to help them evolve.

I'm fortunate to have worked with such masters, but even with that known, and much like a video game, new levels have new devils and as you go deeper in healing, it can still feel very much like sh*tting a particularly prickly pineapple.
