Pectoralis major tendon rupture is one rare shoulder injury to have. This injury usually happens when the force on the muscle is greater than the force that the muscle can generate. Our patient is a 30 year old sheriff cadet, who injured himself during boot camp. His injury caused him Severe pain when moving and rotating his shoulder. I was able to reattached his tendon to the bone. Thanks to we will be using Regenerative Injections Therapy in his Post-Op healing period. This will help him have less scar tissue & have him back at work in no time.
