Letgolts Method - Physical Therapy Pain Free Living

Letgolts Method - Physical Therapy Pain Free Living The Letgolts Method takes an integrated, whole body approach, whether you want to eliminate pain or improve athletic performance.

The Letgolts Method combines principles of engineering with careful analysis of your movement to determine the cause of pain and improve activity. Dr. Letgolts treats the root cause of symptoms, not just the symptoms themselves. When you have pain or unbalanced movement, your body is inclined to compensation, but often in ways that can damage other joints and tissues. Dr. Legolts focuses on the symptoms but, most importantly, on the underlying problems. This is done with careful analysis of your movement to determine the cause of pain, which in turn, enables Dr. Legolts and his partner Dr. Steele to determine the best course of treatment that will be most effective in reducing pain and increasing activity. That is, they create long-term solutions, even for hard to treat conditions. We also offer Pilates-based rehabilitation from a licensed therapist and private lessons with certified Pilates instructors. Check us out at:

💪 Every joint in your body influences the next. When one area becomes unstable or tight, the rest of the chain absorbs the stress. Over time, this creates and movement patterns your body wasn’t built for. By restoring proper alignment and activation, we help your entire system move the way it should. Our approach helps you bring everything back into balance so you can move without strain.

Better movement starts with small, consistent habits.
Morning mobility wakes up your joints, stabilizer strength protects your spine, and mindful body mechanics reduce strain during daily tasks.
Paired with proper recovery, these habits build a foundation for strong, pain-free movement.

Knee pain often isn’t about the knee itself, it’s usually the result of poor mechanics above or below the joint.
Weak hips, limited ankle mobility, and tight surrounding tissues change how your knee absorbs force.
By identifying and correcting these root causes, you can achieve lasting pain relief instead of temporary fixes.

Poor posture forces your spine and joints into inefficient patterns that create strain over time. When your body compensates like this, muscles become overworked, and movements feel heavier and less natural.

Restoring alignment brings everything back into balance, reducing stiffness and improving the way your body functions. You may notice less fatigue, smoother movement, and better overall comfort. Proper posture lays the foundation for long-term joint health. 💪

Every small correction creates a meaningful shift in how your body feels and functions. Over time, your posture improves, muscles engage correctly, and tension slowly fades. These consistent changes build a stronger, more balanced structure from the inside out.

Prolonged sitting places excessive pressure on your lumbar spine, tightens your hip flexors, and weakens the stabilizing muscles that support your posture.
Over time, this imbalance can lead to chronic discomfort, reduced mobility, and increased strain on your lower back.
The key to protecting your spine? Moving frequently, strengthening your core, and correcting alignment before symptoms become persistent.

Did you know that your foot alignment can influence pain all the way up to your neck? 🦶

When the mechanics of your feet shift, your body compensates through your joints and spine, eventually reaching the neck. These compensations gradually change your posture and muscle activation patterns. Over time, this leads to stiffness, tension, and recurring discomfort in the upper body.

With the right guidance, we help restore your foot alignment so the rest of your body can move freely again.
