Announcing a new name that brings with it the transformative energy that is woven into the healing offerings I share with the world!

You can expect the same nurturing care for sensitive souls, deep listening to your words and your inner wisdom.

Thank you to my incredible clients who have witnessed my evolution over the years as I keep saying “yes” to where I am being lead.

The move to a new and bigger building with more room for classes and community felt like the perfect time to step into this new name.

It has a story behind it but for now I will leave you with that.

1st announcement! (another one coming soon)
From the desires of my heart into reality!

I am thrilled to share that with this move, still in the same area of West LA, I am going to be able to offer more frequent group classes!

This new space is going to have a dedicated room for group sound baths, kundalini activation practice, and healing workshops. There will be a room for 1-1 healing work, and a little chill integration area where you can sit and meditate or journal after your session.

I will be moving in October 1st!
For the first week my scheduling software will be off.
I am happy to schedule you for a 1-1 session during this transition time if you contact me directly. Please DM or text me to book.

I will be having an open house celebration later this month. More details to come!

Earlier this year at the suggestion of my teacher .arts I dropped deeply into my heart to ask it some questions.

The mind and the ego have their own ideas, and they are almost always limited by what feels possible. We can say "dream big" but there is a limit to what kind of dreams we will get from the thinking mind.

So I got into a meditative state and I sat with my heart to I ask it some questions. The meditative state helped keep out the doubt and tendency to "be realistic."

I listened, and wrote it all down.

I ended up with a list of desires for my life and for my healing practice that sprang from the depths of my own heart.

Over the summer I read through the list often. My mind would try to modify the list. It worried that it was too soon, too big, too expansive. I didn't allow myself to believe my mind, I kept trusting my heart and today I am seeing things move so quickly into the flow that my heart desired.

My heart could not be more excited about what is about to transpire over the next few weeks for my healing practice.
