When we were growing up, we were outside climbing trees, jumping off steps, falling and getting back up... those little impact events actually stimulated bone growth.
But kids today barely go outside. No sun. Sitting for hours. Eating junk food. Playing on tablets instead of tree branches.
And now we’re seeing people in their late 20s and 30s being diagnosed with osteoporosis, a condition that used to show up in people over 60.
It’s all because, if bones aren’t built in childhood, they never fully form.
And after your 30s your bone density only goes down.
We’re raising a generation with weaker skeletons that are showing up as fractures, joint pain, and early aging.
And unless something changes… this problem’s only going to get worse.
