‼️In my 20 years of practice, I hear about this from trans masculine and nonbinary people assigned female at birth.
Recently a viewer shared this discomfort and was surprised when I affirmed organ dysphoria exists. Because there’s limited discussion about this kind of dysphoria. Most conversations about medical transition focus on what’s visible - chest, face, voice.
The internal organs? Those exist in this quiet, private space of distress that people don’t always feel comfortable naming.
If you’re experiencing dysphoria about your uterus and ovaries, I want you to know:
This is real. It’s not dramatic. It’s not “taking things too far.” It’s not unreasonable.
