This month, we’re spotlighting our Director of Education and Experience, Janelle Watson!

Janelle has been with Growing Generations since 2017. She began her career as a s*xual and reproductive health educator and trainer in 2006 and has been a Marriage and Family Therapist since 2012. She is certified in s*x therapy and perinatal mental health and specializes in working with individuals and couples navigating life transitions, including pregnancy and fertility-related concerns. A rare Los Angeles native who still calls LA home, Janelle balances her work by spending time wrestling and napping with her English bulldog, Winnie.

Janelle supports our intended parents, surrogates, donors, and staff by providing guidance, encouraging self-efficacy, and connecting them with resources for overall wellness. We are grateful for Janelle’s dedication, expertise, and the care she brings to every person she supports!

For Kaylee, egg donation started as a way to give back, something she had always pictured for herself after hearing her mom’s experience.

After 5 donations with Growing Generations, she discovered how meaningful the process truly is. It even set her on the path toward a future in reproductive endocrinology. Our donors are driven, compassionate, and thoughtful about the impact they make, and Kaylee is a beautiful example of that.
