Art to Heart is a 3-hour in-person guided workshop that will teach you techniques for expressing yourself with color through a series of:
- meditational prompts
- ecstatic dance movement
- cognitive and dialectical behavioral inspired inquiry

No art or dance experience needed to attend. The evening ends with music and free dance expression.

We are now in a fabulous, mystical portal for manifesting, intuiting, and for bringing forth big shifts in consciousness. This portal comes once a year and it is aptly called Lion's Gate.

Astrologically, it is when the Earth is aligned with Sirius and the sun in Leo. It all reaches a peak on August 8th creating a powerful portal of opportunity when high frequency light codes pour abundantly over our beloved planet. It is also said that during this time Orion's belt aligns over the Great Pyramid of Egypt to facilitate the portal opening!

As 2021 comes to a close, I look back on the events, people and moments that comprised it for me personally. What about this year would I like to embrace and perhaps have more of vs. what am I ready to leave behind?
There is a ritual I like to do that helps me with this process and I find New Year's Day to be one of the most powerful days to do it. One of my favorite places to go is to the beach where I can throw a fist full of sand towards the ocean as I speak out loud what is no longer desired. such as. "I let go of financial worry" or "I leave behind resentment towards _____" .
After anywhere from 10-30 minutes of discarding what I no longer want in my life, I then can begin to fill my inner space with clear intention. I can write down and then emphatically say aloud any positive intention that comes to mind such as, "I choose to trust in a Higher Power", or "I look for gratitude in all areas of my life"! This powerful intention setting ritual helps me to start the New Year fresh and full of motivation. One need not go to the beach and throw sand for this. A good alternate is to tear up the written statements of what you would like to let go of as you speak them aloud in just about any setting.
Hope this helps to inspire you to create some positive intentions for the New Year. Intention+Sound=Healing
