Just found out the legendary Production Assistant Patrick "Trainwreck" Gillmen passed away after a battle with cancer. When I started in this industry as a PA, Patrick taught me a thing or two, usually with 14 cuss words for emphasis. I always enjoyed our set conversations from bitcoin to politics to his Venice Beach apartment alley crazies he'd encounter. I smile whenever I see "Trainwreck" written in sharpie in the back of production trucks all over Los Angeles. Love him or hate him he wore his heart on his sleeve. I can see him sitting on the beach with a paper and cigarette, coffee in hand. REST IN PEACE LEGEND.

Had the chance to volunteer as first aid for WISEBURN School District's STEM fundraiser "Rock Around the Block" AND help out some very polite and friendly Girl Scouts earn their First Aid merit badges. My family came out to keep me company as well which was a bonus!
