N.O.A.H’s Foundation is committed to raising up people with lived experience — transforming their resilience, survival skills, and insight into professional impact.

Our recent LEAD Case Management Training was powerful. The room was filled with future case managers, future transitional housing owners, and future community leaders. This is the work. This is the mission.

And we’re not stopping.
In December, we’re hosting the next cohort — empowering lived-experience leaders to step into case management and supporting those ready to open their own transitional homes.

Partnership in action. Purpose in motion.

This week, N.O.A.H.’s Foundation Inc. partnered with and to deliver essential items to families in our community — including car seats, strollers, high chairs, diapers, wipes, and other baby necessities that meet families where they are.

With the help of our youth leader, Noah, the namesake and face of N.O.A.H.’s Foundation, our team unloaded thousands of items that will soon be distributed across the neighborhoods we serve. This collaboration reflects what we stand for — Neighborhood Opportunities and Hope — turning compassion into tangible impact.

Through these partnerships, we’re not just providing supplies; we’re supporting stability, dignity, and opportunity for families across Los Angeles County.

N.O.A.H.’s Foundation Inc. is expanding our Families Self-Sufficiency Program (FSSP) and looking for passionate team members to join our Hybrid Positions (remote + field) in Region 4 of Los Angeles County.

📌 Open Positions:
✅ Program Manager / Lead Housing Case Manager – $100,000
✅ Case Manager – $75,000
✅ Housing Navigator – $50,000
✅ Outreach Specialist (Part-Time) – $30,000

💼 Requirements:
✔️ Homeless services experience is REQUIRED.

So many well-intentioned relief efforts have happened across L.A, we have to ask ourselves:

“Where are families going to store all these donations if they don’t even have a roof over their heads?”

As a small team, I knew I couldn’t do it alone. And I knew that if I called Stix, he would show up—no questions asked.

There was one family in particular whose story broke our hearts. The next slide shows a video of how they had only a few minutes to evacuate before they lost everything—and barely made it out. Tragically, they’ve been sleeping in their car ever since. Once they were connected to , we did what we do best: we housed them! We didn’t give them used clothing or items they couldn’t store; we gave them what they needed most—a roof over their heads.

Our collaboration with has been crucial for the families we serve. In just two weeks, we’ve placed more than 167 families into shelters and permanent housing, all while recognizing that the black and brown community often has to act as its own FEMA. Just today, we helped six more families find a home.

Today, they’re smiling, and this photo captures that moment. But it doesn’t remove the stress from this devastating crisis. Please check out the link in our bio to support them directly.
