I love working with pregnant clients. Helping their bodies stay strengthened, stretched and circulated in preparation for the marathon of labor. Watching them grow and glow. Here is the beautiful Bitsie Tulloch 38 weeks pregnant and looking amazing! She works out twice weekly alternating between Pilates and Gyrotonic. These workouts focus on keeping the muscles throughout the body - upper body, lower body and abdominal area - strong, toned and connected to the core so as to reduce pregnancy aches pains and help speed up post natal recovery.
