MBSPAS is organizing a Dance Fitness!!!
Yes a fun family event, which will be held on September 8, 2019 at Maple Park Glendale CA, and is dedicated to promote health and wellness. This event will provide accessible fitness without the strain and sacrifice, and at the same time just the pure joy of a dance fitness party. It will be a selection of great music choreograph by our two top Dance Zumba Zin instructors from the Philippines Jason & Joshua Zamora with special guests from 24Hr Fitness Zumba King Ruben Enriquez and LA Fitness Zumba Queen Cathy Tagle. This dance party provides muscle toning, strengthening, and cardio. It is not just designed for people who have any prior dance experience, in fact ANYONE can do it!
Dancing works a lot of muscles so we promise to get a great sweat!
