Worked out every day w out exception for 7+ months then ran a pretty decent 50k 7 days ago and haven't worked out since, aside from walking and yoga.

Tomorrow I will restart the cycle in the gym 🏋️‍♀️ and I will decide next weekend if I feel like running the Marine Corps 17.76 depending how I feel.
Honestly my body is ready except for my toes. Same goes for the 100k in May.
Just will play by ear...
My main goal is 100 miler in Nov...or Dec

I didn't PR, but was my 3rd fastest time for that distance, and I did come in 5th place overall.

I finished the first 25k loop pretty fast but ate dirt 10 miles into it.

10k today, decent pace.

Now only 35 days until my 50k with my beloved

It's the final day of challenge and I realized I was 116 miles for the month, which feels like a very strange number to finish up on.
So off I go to get four more miles and close it out with a nice 120
