Worked out every day w out exception for 7+ months then ran a pretty decent 50k 7 days ago and haven't worked out since, aside from walking and yoga.

Tomorrow I will restart the cycle in the gym 🏋️♀️ and I will decide next weekend if I feel like running the Marine Corps 17.76 depending how I feel.
Honestly my body is ready except for my toes. Same goes for the 100k in May.
Just will play by ear...
My main goal is 100 miler in Nov...or Dec
