1. My cousin Kyle made this 🔥 sockeye salmon plate which has inspired me to increase the craftsmanship of my nightly dinner. Thank you Kyle.
2. Tofurkey in honor of Thanksgiving
3. My favorite ice cream I’ve had-dairy free Salt and Straw captain crunch

6. The only photo I got from my trip to Motek in Miami (leftover shnitzel (still fire))
7. Perhaps the best salmon dish I’ve had-salmon cooked perfectly over a couscous dish with lots of flavors including mint

1. Free Salad from Work. Not dank taste wise but healthy and the price is right. Overall Dankness 7.5/10 (sufficient)
2. Bolognese pasta. I’m eating beef again (occasionally). I digest it well and I can’t deny it tastes good. Overall Dankness: 9/10
3. Sockeye Salmon + veggies (Coby dinner). Tastes terrible but it’s healthy, easy to make, and affordable so I’m gonna keep eating it often. Overall Dankness: 7.5/10
Other notes: still primarily drinking Huel smoothies during the day, mostly for cost saving, health and convenience. Eating continues to primarily be a means to an end. However, when I get the opportunity to indulge, I enjoy it immensely.

Coby Dinner 3.0
Protein: Sockeye Salmon (wild caught)
Carb: Roasted Japanese purple potatoes (if available) or rice (backup)
Veggies: Roasted carrots and zucchini, an avocado, and some broccoli
Probiotic: kimchi or sauerkraut
Other: turmeric and black pepper and olive oil

This meal is low on inflammation and high in nutrients on a budget. So far it has made my stomach feel better than Coby Dinner 2.0 and although it doesn’t taste quite as good, I don’t mind it that much

Salmon from
Overall Dankness: 7.8/10
I’ve had this dish a couple times from Paloma and it’s usually fire, but this one was on Valentine’s Day and I think they were really busy so this one wasn’t as good. The salmon was a little bit charred and not optimally soft or flavorful. However, I still loved it because thanks to I got 20% back in Inkind credit. DM me for $25 to inKind.
