Steal my workout! When I’m short on time, you KNOW I like a Quickie…. (A quickie WORKOUT, naughtypants.)
Here’s one to steal!
Beginners: Do 3 sets of 8-12 reps per exercise, rest as needed
Intermediate-Advanced: Do 5 sets of 1 minute per exercise, 30 sec rest
Need help figuring out modifications or alternatives? Comment and I’ll make some recommendations!
