In Thai culture, dreaming of snakes—especially cobras—is seen as a powerful omen from a Naga, believed to be bringing money and advancement your way. May the Year of the Snake bring FORTH THE MONEY!!!
Thanks to Ancient China🏮the fireworks and celebrations we see worldwide started with the ancient battle against Nian, a demon that terrorized villages every year. Nian feared noise, sunlight, and the color red—so people lit bonfires, set off firecrackers, and painted doors red to drive it away. Once Nian fled, they celebrated, and those traditions spread across the world. The Chinese Lion Dance? That’s Nian’s worst nightmare!
