Your luteal phase is the 10–14 days before your period and it can be a time of pure luxury… if you decide it is. 💋

For most women, late luteal is something they brace for. Cramps. Anxiety. Mood swings. Headaches. A dip in self-image and confidence.

But those symptoms are feedback. They’re your body’s way of asking for a different pace, higher standards, and more TLC. When you work with your cycle instead of overriding it, the shift is fast. You might even start looking forward to this intentional window to shed what’s not serving you and protect your energy like it’s an asset.

As hormones drop in the late luteal phase, energy and stamina naturally dip too so instead of forcing it, it’s about refinement.

If you’re ambitious, slowing down can feel irresponsible when you have big goals, deadlines, and people counting on you. But this is the POWER MOVE. This is where you get ruthless about what actually matters, where your time is best spent, and how to create stronger results with less effort.

Luteal luxury isn’t indulgent, it’s strategic.

How will you luxuriate your luteal phase? Save this and send it to the woman who needs the reminder.

When I was in college, my boyfriend said he didn’t believe in Hallmark holidays…

And when I finally dumped his 🍑 (4 years too late), I told myself, “I’m never waiting on a guy to feel loved again.”

After years of tolerating emotional abuse, gas lighting, and infidelity, I spent almost two years getting to know who I was. And instead of seeking validation outside of me, I went inward.

I started taking myself on solo dates and saying “table for one” with confidence.

I used to think eating alone was something only lonely people did… but I wasn’t lonely, I was learning how to love myself again. And I realized that I really liked the woman I had become.

For years, I thought my worth came down to how often someone complimented my outfit, my looks, or my intelligence.

I thought self-worth and confidence were built on outside approval and if I’m really honest, how many dudes wanted me.

I thought if I was desired by a man, it would fix my internal self-esteem issues but it never did.

The season I spent meeting me again, I realized that I didn’t need to be with anyone. And for the first time, I was genuinely happy being alone.

And right around then… I met Josh .. woopsie🙄

They say “when you’re not looking, that’s when it happens” and I think it’s because not “needing” is a more magnetic, empowered state to attract from.

15 years later, I don’t look to my partner for proof that I’m enough.

I don’t wait for him to tell me I’m smart, pretty, or worthy because I give that to myself first.

Do I love when he compliments me? Duh!🙄

Do I still think it’s cute that he opens my car door on date night? Yup, I hope he never stops. 🥰

Do I love that we choose experiences over gifts? 💯

But I don’t need to be with Josh.
I choose and want to be with him.
And he says the same thing.

And I believe it’s one of the reasons our relationship continues to grow stronger even through the ups and downs 🙏

So if you’re alone today, navigating a breakup, or redefining what love means in this season… take a look in the mirror.

The person staring back at you has the power to be the greatest love you’ll ever have…🫶🏼

After coaching hundreds of women through hormone healing and sustainable weight loss, here’s the hill I will die on:

You cannot out-discipline a subconscious belief that says, “this won’t work for me.”

You can follow the perfect plan, track every macro, wake up early to work out, and do everything “right,” and still feel stuck.

Because discipline isn’t the problem… Identity is.

Your behaviors will always rise or fall to match what you believe you’re worthy of. If deep down you do NOT feel safe being healthy, confident, visible, or successful, your body will subconsciously pull you back to what’s familiar.

Not because you want to go back, but because your nervous system is trying to protect you.

So no, you don’t need more willpower or a stricter routine, you need a new story.

When you shift your beliefs first and decide that healing is inevitable, everything changes. You stop forcing, starting over and treating your body like a problem to fix.

And your results finally last.

Personally, I don’t want temporary results that only work in a “perfect” season. I want a path forward that complements real life, travel, date nights, busy weeks, and all.

That’s the foundation of the work we do together inside my 1:1 coaching.

If you’re ready for support that goes far beyond nutrition and exercise and actually rewires the root, DM me CURIOUS and I’ll send you the link to book a free call. 🫶🏼

Some of the most viral wellness trends aren’t built with women’s hormones in mind and they might be making your symptoms worse.

Especially in the luteal phase, what looks like a “hot girl habit” might actually be stressing your system and intensifying PMS symptoms like bloating, cramps, anxiety, cravings and fatigue.
Just because something is trending, doesn’t mean it’s right for your unique body and blueprint.

Swipe for 5 trends to rethink (and what to try instead) ➡️

AI didn’t balance my hormones or help me maintain a 45lb weight loss.

Swipe to see why I don’t recommend DIY-ing your health with AI for long-term, sustainable results.

I also share what made the biggest changes for me in my journey (before Chat GPT was even a thing) 👉

Your body isn’t something to optimize or “fix.”

It’s a vessel to learn from, build trust, and partner with through the natural ebbs and flows of life and your cycle.

AI can be a powerful tool and I use it regularly myself but it should never be the entire strategy when it comes to your health, hormones, and weight.

Comment or DM me BLUEPRINT and I’ll send you the exact roadmap I use to help high-achieving women rebalance their hormones and release weight without spending hours down the rabbit hole of research online.

If you’ve ever done any of these, I have too 🙋‍♀️ ...

And it’s not because we’re gullible or uneducated, it’s because mainstream nutrition advice is not designed for our biology or unique blueprint.

So many of the women we work with are under-eating, over-training, stressed out and blaming themselves when they can’t stick to their “butter coffee” or low-fat, low-carb diets.

They’re frustrated with stalled weight loss, PMS that makes an entire week a nightmare and/or energy crashes that coffee can’t touch.

The problem isn’t you, it’s the outdated advice.

And it’s exactly why I put the framework I use with my private clients into my Back Pocket Blueprint so you can learn how to:

✔ fuel your hormones
✔ stabilize blood sugar
✔ reduce PMS while supporting your cycle
✔ release weight without restriction or burnout

Comment BLUEPRINT and I’ll send it to you for free 🤍

You don’t need another plan.
You need a smarter way to lead your body in every season.

We just wrapped a week together over the holidays, and here are some of the non-negotiable habits we’ve cultivated over the years to support our health when out of our routine, along with a few habits we’re still working on.

Even though we’re in the health industry, we don’t believe that being perfect equals being healthy.

We’re sharing this because the best way to nourish your hormones (and keep more severe symptoms at bay) isn’t through strict rules or extremes, it’s by building daily habits and rituals that you actually love and look forward to.

Habits that feel supportive, not like a drag, and that don’t take away from enjoying life. When those habits become second nature, they’re easier to maintain... even when you’re traveling or out of routine.

Comment TRAVEL and we’ll send you ’s Traveling & Eating Out With Confidence Digital Guidebook 👇

This approach helps you step out of the “all or nothing” cycle of restriction and overindulgence that can leave you feeling like you’re never quite in control.

For our family, our non-negotiables include:
✔️building meals around protein & fiber
✔️drinking lots of water, and prioritizing daily minerals/electrolytes and supplements, herbs, etc
✔️Being very mindful around alcohol amounts, timing and pairing with food
✔️Reducing sweets and sugar overall (we don’t keep much in the house)
✔️Plenty of quality time together, away from screens
✔️Fully enjoying food and letting go of portion perfection -especially when eating out

Some of our challenges:
✔️Consistent sleep and wake timing
✔️Having stimulating conversations before bed
✔️Not always having the house stocked with enough food (which can lead to more snacking and grazing)
✔️Sometimes eating later than ideal
✔️Saying yes to dessert when eating out a later dinner (not great for sleep)

For us it’s about progress in the areas that don’t leave us feeling great, but the goal is never perfection.

What’s your favorite non-negotiable health habit through the holidays or periods of being “off?”

Did anyone spend half the day on their 2025 recap posts? 😆 I got sucked down the vortex of my camera roll and I’m actually SO glad I did because damn...

2026 is the year I step up to the plate and say “I can have it all” 🙌 health, wealth, freedom.

IMO health is the highest form of wealth so as I make MAJOR moves, I also refuse to burn myself out in the process.

Being a high achieving woman also means knowing that success comes from building a life that supports your core values and the woman you dream about becoming…

Not following someone else’s rules or roadmap.

My dream self?

She leads herself with FULL trust and a deep inner knowing that what she wants will always find her. She’s connected to her cycle and listens to her inner voice (aka her intuition).

She’s not afraid to say NO or pass on opportunities that don’t feel aligned because she knows that when one door closes it’s leaving room for an even better one to open!

She’s unapologetic in stating her desires and the work she does with her clients creates a ripple effect that can be felt for miles. Because when women support women, we become unstoppable 👏

Who else is ready to rise? It’s our time 🦋

I thought I had a discipline problem.
But what I really had… was a depletion problem.

Because quick fixes and “no days off” might look productive
but they’re the reason high-achieving women like us get stuck in cycles of burnout, bloating, anxiety, PMS and weight that won’t budge.

Here’s what actually works and what I help my clients do:

✔ Create a realistic, hormone-supportive plan (not a punishment protocol) including nutrition, nervous system & mindset support

✔ Think beyond “what to eat” and get clear on how you want to feel

✔ Work with your menstrual cycle and the 4 phases — not a 24-hour productivity clock made for men

✔ Build rituals that fit into your career, your calendar, and your body’s natural rhythms

Because I don’t believe in overhauling your life every January.
I believe in teaching you how to live in the body you’re building, not just “fix” it.

⚡️ Ready to work smarter (not harder) in 2026?

If you’re done with burnout, band-aid fixes, and resolutions that never stick…let’s build a plan that honors your body, your cycle, and your real life.

I’ve helped high-achieving women do this for 7+ years. You’re next.

I used to say “I’m a nervous flyer” but I decided that I don’t want to identify as someone who is just scared of flying forever because it’s something I deeply want to overcome. ✈️

A few years ago I worked with a therapist who made me realize that this fear developed after I suffered a major brain injury. I took a fall that was completely out of my control and ever since then, I don’t like being in situations where I’m out of control. So even though I grew up flying regularly and was never anxious, this developed as a result of that traumatic event.

Obviously everyone’s root cause is different but it was actually really helpful for me to discover mine so I can continue to work through this.

What I do know helps fore sure?

Nervous system at regulation practices like breathwork, laughter and meditation are key.

Nutrition matters more than you’d think.

Mindset reframing is a game changer.

Having family or friends who provide a calm, grounding energy is priceless.

Asking Chat GPT to give me stats that reassure and remind me how safe it really is to fly is actually SO helpful.

I know I’m not the only one who deals with flying anxiety so I’m hoping some of my tips can help you too. 🙏
