The LAST thing I want to do in my luteal phase is spend my night in the kitchen. I am trying to be horizontal, preferably watching the new season of Virgin River or Love is Blind. đ
So if youâre tired of feeling exhausted, bloated and crampy in the week before your period, save these 5 high protein, fiber-forward meals that will take you 20 minutes or less to put together.
A few of my go-to shortcuts: I use my air fryer for proteins, veggies and sweet potatoes because itâs fast and effortless, and whenever I can I reach for pre-cooked options like rotisserie chicken, organic chicken sausages and thinly sliced grass-fed steak.
Your luteal phase is not the time to prove anything in the kitchen.
