Join us in celebrating the joy of our Wallis House Holiday Party!
Thanks to a generous donation for decorations and gifts from an individual donor, Matching family pajamas from and catered food and games from we were able to create an unforgettable celebration for the 80+ women, children, and youth who call our Wallis House interim supportive housing program home.

Wallis House is a community where families uplift one another, and we’re so grateful to our supporters who help make the season brighter. 💙✨

Special shoutout to our neighbors at the Outpost Neighborhood Association for bringing wrapping paper, cheer, and so much heart this holiday season.

They showed up to help wrap more than 300 gifts for women and children at Wallis House, youth at the Lifting Youth Up Drop-In Center, foster and adoption families, and clients receiving mental health and intensive community-based services.

Because of their care, these gifts were more than beautifully wrapped—they carried a powerful message to every child and family who received one: you are seen, remembered, and valued.

We are deeply grateful for our long-time partners at ONTIC, who once again dedicated their holiday celebration to supporting Aviva families. Through their employee matching program and generous toy drive, ONTIC contributed $10,000 and 250+ toys—bringing joy, comfort, and holiday magic to the children and families we serve.

Their continued generosity reminds us of the power of community, especially during this season of giving.

We were grateful to welcome Harvard-Westlake’s Football Team to our Home Offices and Lifting Youth Up Drop-In Center! They assembled 30 family hygiene baskets with essentials our clients need most.

Hygiene products are our most requested items, helping families maintain dignity, health, and stability.

Thank you for helping us uplift our community this holiday season. 💙✨

This is what it looks like when neighbors care for neighbors.

As families navigate an increasingly difficult social and economic climate—made even harder by recent reductions to SNAP benefits—access to nutritious food has become a growing concern for many of the people we serve.

At Wallis House, residents receive three hot meals a day, snacks, and holistic support including case management, mental health services, and programming that helps families stabilize and move forward.

We’re deeply grateful to our Hollywood neighbors at The Giving Bus, , , and our broader community for partnering with Aviva to host a food drive in support of Wallis House. Along with a meaningful surplus of non-perishable food, they also rallied their friends and made a $1,000 gift to Aviva—directly supporting the mothers, children, and youth we serve. 💙✨

Aviva’s Intensive Community-Based Services (ICBS) program supports families across Los Angeles County who are navigating complex challenges and child welfare involvement. Through coordinated, hands-on support, ICBS helps keep children safe while strengthening families.

Families like Maria’s work closely with ICBS care team to turn challenges into progress—through child safety planning, weekly child and family team meetings, and individual counseling, case support, and therapy.

This is what it looks like when families are supported, not left to navigate complex systems alone.
