This week Council Member Hugo Soto-Martínez visited our Hollywood home office and Lifting Youth Drop-In Center today!

We discussed youth homelessness, service gaps, and opportunities to uplift and empower young people across the Hollywood community.

We appreciate the Council Member’s partnership and his commitment to supporting impactful, community-driven solutions. Together, we move closer to ensuring every young person has the stability and support they deserve.

This is the reality for far too many expecting mothers in Los Angeles—and together, we can change it.

Aviva is breaking ground in 2026 to transform an underutilized plot of land into a secure, service-ready residential community for up to 27 women. This space will offer safety, stability, and the support needed to heal and rebuild.

But we can’t do it alone.
