We are pleased to introduce you to our newest therapist, Robert Fuentes. Robert is fluent in Spanish and is accepting new clients with immediate availability! A note from Robert -

"The process of therapy can be sometimes scary to begin with. In our journey together I promise to provide a safe space to talk about any issues that the client wants to process. I promised to deliver clinical skills such as empathy, active listening and authenticity and not just be another therapist that just wants to talk about feelings and focused in diagnosing the client. Together, we will explore tools that will help the client cope and regulate the nervous system and live the best version of the self. Sometimes we lose our sense of selves along with all hope because of trauma and other adverse life experiences, but I hope to help you find your inner voice and grow to be the best version of yourself to navigate life authentically.
In our journey together I would use a client centered approach to build a relationship with you. Learn and use coping skills found in CBT and CRM to reduce anxiety and depression symptoms and get in the ‘zone’ by self-regulating the nervous system. Once you are ready and want to progress deeper into therapy, process trauma and build resiliency through self-awareness of your inner strengths using a recovery-oriented approach. Therapy may not be linear and can be quite messy at times, I would utilize every tool ‘under my belt’ using an eclectic approach to meet you where you're are at."
