7/13/2024 - It is with a heavy heart that I create this post. At 6:20am this morning, US Army Captain, Thomas Peter Spano, lost his battle with cancer. Dad was a fighter to the end, and went out with the smile on his face that we all knew and loved. He was a Vietnam Veteran, a decorated soldier, and a purple heart recipient, and served in the National Guard for many years after the war. He was a brilliant and funny man, and a great father who was loved dearly by all who knew him. Thank you to everyone for all of the support and love over the last few years and months while we fought as hard as we could, and there are no words for my thankfulness to the Temple, TX Veterans Hospital and the incredible staff that took such good care of him over these last 7 months. We were truly blessed. 💔🙏✝️😢 If anyone has any questions, please feel free to reach out to me personally.

Kevin and Michael Bacon, otherwise known as The Bacon Brothers, with Paul, Fitzy, and the rest of the band were awesome tonight! And brought back so many memories of seeing them play back in Sharon, CT so many times in the 90z!! They’re still rocking the stage!
