If things around you seem chaotic, unbalanced, and just messy. I invite you to take a moment to go back to the basics. Go back to the things that make you feel at home in your body, that make you feel safe, supported and loved.

For me that's my practice. My yoga and meditation practice is always there for me when I need it and even when I don't. It never judges me on how long I've been away or how short my practice might be. It holds space for all of me.

My time at a Meditation Center in 5️⃣ pics

This is a waste of time, why am I here, I could be home working and making money, I already know how to meditate.

Sitting with your thoughts for 10 days straight without your normal routine stress relievers is hard work. The teacher compared it to surgery.

I'll open up more about my journey once I'm able to process it myself. But I do encourage you to get quite with yourself. Be with your thoughts and see what that subconscious is talking about, we have some work to do.
