Starting Thursday, November 6th at 6:15pm, Thomas Taubman is bringing his signature Vinyasa Flow (Intermediate) class to the evening lineup!
If you’ve only ever heard about his powerful, purposeful flows (but couldn’t make the morning classes), this is your chance. Expect smart sequencing, mindful intensity, and Thomas’s signature blend of strength, breath, and depth.

A born-and-raised Angeleno, RC’s been practicing yoga for over a decade—drawn to the way it restores balance, cultivates resilience, and helps us reconnect with ourselves. Certified in Rocket Yoga since 2020, RC brings a powerful yet grounded approach to the mat, with a focus on freedom, grace, safety, and foundational understanding.
