Or simply start
I have a bad habit. I wake up in the morning and think of all the things I want and am going to do today. And yes, I think, It will happen. I’ll practice yoga, go for a bike ride, write, create a workshop, do some movement, and so on.
I’ll be evolved, enlightened, and embodied. I’ll realize my potential. I make BIG DECLARATIONS in the privacy of my early mornings!
And then…the day unfolds quite differently, and I’m hoping to have done some sort of practice. One of those things, at least, right? Held a structure. Kept my discipline. Stayed on track… ha. ha. ha.
So, I’ve decided to go back to simplicity. To start simply. Quite honestly, to simply start.
It’s Day 2 of the movement challenge. And here’s a suggestion. Take a breath. And now another one. And just follow the movement of your breath. Your movement. It’s a magical one.
PS - still not sure if I’ll post every day. I’m out of the habit. Let’s see how we go!
