Integrative Wholistic Wellness

Integrative Wholistic Wellness Providing empowering support for your journey toward an Integrative Wholistic lifestyle.

Embracing Whole Person Healing—integrating Mind, Body, Spirit, Soul, and trauma healing to foster deep balance and resilience. Your trusted space for trauma-informed, alternative healing, and conscious living. At Integrative Wholistic Wellness, we believe true healing goes beyond addressing symptoms—it begins with honoring the whole person: mind, body, spirit, and emotions. Our work is rooted in a trauma-informed approach, recognizing that life experiences—both big and small—can leave imprints in the nervous system, body, and subconscious mind. These imprints can quietly shape how we think, feel, and show up in the world. By meeting you with safety, compassion, and deep care, we create space for the body to release old patterns and return to its natural state of balance. Wholistic healing is an ongoing path of self-discovery, inviting us to explore deeper truths, uncover root causes, and align with our highest well-being. It acknowledges that physical symptoms are often messengers of deeper imbalances—whether rooted in unhealed emotional wounds, mental stress, spiritual disconnection, or lifestyle patterns that no longer serve your vitality. When any aspect of our being is neglected—whether it’s unexpressed emotions, unmet needs from the past, a poor diet, lack of movement, or spiritual depletion—imbalances can arise. Our approach embraces the interconnectedness of all parts of the self, offering gentle, mindful practices to restore harmony and wholeness. We are here to walk alongside you—to support, educate, and empower you as you release what no longer serves, reclaim your self-trust, and awaken your innate healing potential.

✨ 4 days left in January to receive 10% off your Energy & Reiki session ✨

When life feels like go, go, go, your body doesn’t always know how to switch off.

Chronic stress, emotional strain, and even past experiences can keep the nervous system stuck in fight-or-flight — a state where the body is constantly bracing for what’s next.

Over time, this can show up as:
⚡ Fatigue or restlessness
💭 Racing or looping thoughts
💔 Feeling disconnected from your body
😔 Emotional overwhelm or burnout

Reiki & Energy Healing gently support the nervous system in shifting into rest, repair, and balance — activating the parasympathetic nervous system, your body’s natural healing state.

As energy begins to flow more freely, the body remembers how to soften, release held tension, and restore harmony.

Your body wants to heal — it simply needs the right conditions to do so.

✨ Purchase by 1/31 and you’ll have 30 days to use your session — giving you space to schedule when it feels right for your body and nervous system.

🌿 January Special — 10% off (ends 1/31/26)

Session Investment: $125
January Rate: $112

Trauma doesn’t always come from what we think of as “big” events.

Often, it comes from moments where the body felt overwhelmed, unsafe, or alone — even if the mind minimized it.

Trauma is not just the event.

It’s how your nervous system experienced that moment.

When something happens too fast, too much, or without support, the nervous system shifts into survival — fight, flight, freeze, or fawn.

And if the body doesn’t get the chance to complete that stress cycle, it holds the experience within the tissues, breath, and energy field.

This is why healing trauma isn’t about reliving the story.

It’s about helping the nervous system feel safe enough to soften.

Breathwork is one of the gentlest doorways back to regulation.

A longer exhale sends a signal to the vagus nerve: you’re safe now.

Over time, this creates space for stored stress to release — without force, without retraumatization.

If your body has been holding more than your mind remembers, you’re not broken.
Your system adapted to protect you.

Healing begins when we listen to the body with compassion and breathe ourselves back into safety 🤍

Triggers are often misunderstood.

They aren’t a sign that something is “wrong” with you — they’re information.

When we’re triggered, it’s usually the first quiet indication that something within us is still seeking care, safety, or understanding. Not to be judged or fixed — just to be met.

The nervous system doesn’t react randomly. It remembers what hasn’t been resolved yet and gently (sometimes not so gently) points us toward it.

When approached with curiosity instead of criticism, triggers can become one of the most powerful internal compasses we have — guiding us back to ourselves, our boundaries, and our healing.

Nothing is broken.
Something is asking to be listened to.

Energy healing can gently support this process of awareness by creating a sense of safety in the nervous system. When the body feels supported, unresolved emotions and patterns can surface without overwhelm.

Healing doesn’t have to be forced or painful — it can be met with softness, compassion, and care.

If you feel called to explore this work more deeply, you’re welcome to reach out to me for more information.

✨ Curious about Chakra Healing and Balancing? ✨
Our energy centers influence our emotions, body, and spirit. Aligning your chakra column can release blockages, restore flow, and help you reconnect with your inner wisdom.

Our bodies are more than physical; they are intricate energetic systems. At the center of this system is the chakra column — a vertical line of energy that runs from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. While most people are familiar with the seven major chakras, there are actually many...

For those of you who may not know this part of me—or as a gentle reminder…

I am an Energy Medicine Practitioner, Healer and Trauma-Informed Wholistic (whole body) Health Practitioner, and I’ve been doing this healing work for over 20 years.

My focus is simple and sacred: to support others in finding healing and returning to wholeness.

I work through an integrative healing approach that honors the heart, mind, body, spirit, and soul. My work gently bridges nervous system regulation with energetic, somatic, and spiritual healing practices, supporting the release of stress, emotional imprints, and stored trauma—so the body can soften, the mind can settle, and the soul can remember its natural rhythm.

There can be a perception that this kind of work is “woo woo.” In my experience, it is quite the opposite. Energy work, including Reiki, has been offered in hospital and clinical settings for many years as a supportive, complementary modality—helping reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and support the body’s natural healing response.

The work I offer is grounded in this same principle: supporting the whole person so healing can unfold more gently and effectively.

My approach is compassionate and heart-centered, rooted in the belief that all healing begins with remembering who we truly are.

I am a naturally gifted energy healer devoted to guiding individuals back into harmony—teaching how to consciously co-create with nature and reawaken the body’s innate ability to heal itself.

Through one-on-one sessions and/or group healing circles, I create safe, trauma-informed spaces where healing unfolds organically, guided by presence, deep listening, and trust in the body’s wisdom.

This work is deeply personal to me. Having walked my own healing path through trauma and an autoimmune condition, my offerings are grounded in lived experience, devotion, and over two decades of hands-on healing.

If this resonates, I’d be honored to support you on your journey of REmembering your wholeness.

On Sunday, January 18, 2026, we gather beneath this New Moon energy for our Remembering Wholeness Online Healing Gathering, lovingly facilitated by Lesa and Debora.

The New Moon offers a rare and supportive energetic field — one that invites intention without pressure, release without force, and new beginnings rooted in safety and clarity.

It is a time when the nervous system can soften, the subconscious becomes more receptive, and the body feels permission to recalibrate before the year fully takes shape.

Join Lesa and Debora for our Remembering Wholeness Online Healing Circle — a nurturing, trauma-informed space where your body, energy, and subconscious finally have permission to soften and let go.

🌿 Trauma doesn’t just live in the mind — it settles into the body, breath, energy field, and long-held protective patterns.
🌿 Energy healing helps the nervous system feel safe again.
🌿 And when safety returns, old patterns lose their power.

So many experience emotional release, clarity, deep rest, and a shift in consciousness — not by force, but by allowing the body to remember what wholeness feels like.

As we gather on the Solstice, we honor this turning point from darkness into light… within nature, and within ourselves.

📅 Sunday, January 18, 2026 — 11 AM PST
💲 Energy Exchange: $80 (introductory)

The root of suffering is attachment ~ Buddha

When we obsess (think, worry, control) over another we are energetically holding that person hostage… you are attaching your thoughts/perceptions onto that person.

When this happens you are draining your energy and the energy of the person who is the focus of your attention.

A lot of this is subconscious behavior and you may be unaware you are doing it.

Be aware of your thoughts.

Be mindful.

Be kind.

Live and let live. ✌🏼

Know that Empaths feel you feel them… whether you consciously know you are projecting yourself onto them or you are unaware, we feel you.

But we still Love you. ☺️

Our Story

This page offers information based in complementary/alternative options to empower self-healing.

Integrative Wholistic Healing addresses all parts of the individual, not just the physical aspect of a person where manifested illnesses are most apparent. It is an ongoing journey of discovery in search of more answers and ultimately; living better, being healthier, and striving for wholeness. Integrative Wholistic Healing recognizes that our discomforts or pains are merely symptoms of an imbalance. The imbalance could be a physical issue, the result of abusing the physical body through an unhealthy diet, lack of exercise, or too little sleep. Or, the imbalance may be the result of mental, emotional, or spiritual needs not being met. No aspect (mind, body, spirit, soul or emotions) of a person is overlooked when a wholistic treatment is sought.
