📣 Research Opportunity 📣
Researchers at the University of Southern California (USC) are currently recruiting pregnant mothers to participate in research.

Eligibility:
Must be between 4-20 weeks pregnant at time of enrollment
Study Details:
➡️ Complete a 16-week in-person nutrition education program
➡️ Participants will complete pre & post surveys, collect height/ weight, and finger pricks to measure blood sugar.

So, our first KSLA Walk Club meet was a BLAST!!!! 🚀😍

We're back tomorrow. Come walk and get some sun and fresh air with us!! Kiddos always welcome!

💙Fridays are for a mile (or half-mile) walk along the new Crenshaw Corridor Path, just steps from Kindred Space LA. An perfect way to move your body, hang with community, and warm up for the 2nd Annual Crenshaw Mile on April 4th.

💙Afterward we’ll gather at KSLA at 10am, head out together at 10:30, then come back to hang and chill afterward!

💙Lead by KSLA Midwife Allegra & Doula/Therapist Denise ! This paved path works well for pregnant and postpartum folks, strollers, babywearing, and kids riding scooters or bikes. All bodies and all community members are welcome!

January 30th is our first meet! Join us Fridays for a mile (or half-mile) walk along the new Crenshaw Corridor Path, right near Kindred Space LA! A sweet way to care for your body and mind and a perfect warm-up for the 2nd Annual Crenshaw Mile on April 4th!

Lead by KSLA Midwife Allegra & Doula/Therapist Denise , this paved path is especially supportive for pregnant folks preparing for labor, for postpartum families, babywearing, strollers and kiddos with scooters or bikes, but all bodies and all community members are welcome!
