I provide mental health and counseling services to adolescents and their families, young adults and adults coping with issues around family and relationships, divorce, anxiety, depression, stress management, panic, ADHD, low self esteem and life transitions. I specialize in treating young adults, having worked in college counseling centers for many years I am well equipped with experience and expertise to treat a variety of issues. I am also passionate about helping young women as they navigate new life transitions; so they can not only cope better but thrive! In addition to my other services I offer a "bridal bootcamp" for the mind and spirt, a chance for young women to turn the wedding planning process into an opportunity for self growth rather than a source of anxiety! I will provide you a place to explore all of your fears, concerns, stressors, to vent and most of all to receive support as you navigate this new and life changing event and stage of life. Having healthy interactions with family and the in-laws
Managing expectations; the myths of weddings versus reality
Coping with changes in identity and feelings about marriage
