Family-to-Family 4 Week Express Class

A free 4 week express education program for family, friends, and significant others of adults with mental health conditions. This express class condenses the full NAMI Family-to-Family curriculum into 4 extended sessions over the course of 4 weeks. NAMI Family-to-Family provides information about anxiety, depressive disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and other mental health conditions. Other topics covered include communication, problem solving, treatment and recovery.
