Getting in 8,000-10,000 steps daily isn't just about staying active, it's a simple way to boost your health, mood, and energy!
Here’s why:

Heart Health ❤️: Regular walking lowers the risk of heart disease and keeps your heart in top shape.
Mood Boost 😊: Stepping out helps release endorphins, reducing stress and improving mental well-being.
Increased Energy ⚡: A good walk boosts circulation and increases overall energy.

You don’t have to run to hit 10k! 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️ Here’s how:

✅ Walk during breaks: A quick 10-minute walk after lunch can make a big difference!
✅ Take the stairs: Skip the elevator and get your steps in while climbing.

It’s about consistency, not intensity. So, lace up your shoes and start stepping! 👟 "
--------------------------------------------------

Our Story

The Center for Family Health & Education became a non-profit 501(c)(3) in 2012 and a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in 2015. The clinic offers Primary Care, Women's Health, Pediatrics, Dental Care (including Orthodontics), and Behavioral Health. The Center and its sister sites serve nearly 13,000 patients annually. Since becoming an FQHC, we have expanded our services and opened five satellite clinics with the dba Priority Care Medical Group in Long Beach, El Monte, Mission Hills, Van Nuys and Orchard Medical Center in Orange Cove near Fresno, California.
