This week we'd like to highlight our Operations Supervisor, Hunter Wight!

Hunter Wight serves as the Day Shift Supervisor at the Seattle 4 Apple Campus. He oversees a team of 10 staff members performing custodial duties and Quality Assurance tasks. He is frequently phrased by both BCI leadership but also by Apple Facilities team members for his “get it done” attituded. Whenever a task is to be done or overseen, we always know it gets done with Hunter! Thank you, Hunter!

In 2023 we awarded William Sowels, our Annual Honoree for our Superstars Employee Recognition Program! Project Manager Chester Watson had this to say in his nomination of William:

"Mr. Sowels is truly the backbone of my team. He has over 13 years of experience and everyday he steps up and provides excellent knowledge, teaching and guidance for our younger team members with less experience. He is always willing to do his job in an excellent manner while also taking on additional roles and willing to do whatever it takes to make sure the team always puts its best for our customers."

We are very proud to have employees like William who continue to elevate the quality of what we do at BCI. Congratulations again!

Sarah Jones manages are back-end client managed ticket system for Apple Retail. On top of her normal duties, Sarah supports our Operations Leadership staff of 13 across 4 different time zones and 24 hours of service. Her dedication to operational excellence is a prime example of BCI level of expectations that our division expects! Thank you, Sarah, for all you do!
