I had to jump on here to tell you about this cool Revo Smart Cupping Device! Comment the Word "Shop"

Revo Does it again! (I'm already obsessed with their Revo Genie Face & Neck Tightening Device.)

Lately I’ve been using this smart cupping massager from Revomadic and it’s honestly one of those tools that makes a difference you can feel.

It combines suction, heat, red light therapy, and vibration all in one, so you’re getting deep muscle release, lymphatic support, and improved circulation without needing an appointment.

I also love that it comes with a glide attachment, which makes it easier to move across the skin and control the intensity depending on what your body needs.

Such a good option if you’re holding tension, working out regularly, or just want that at home spa moment.

Dazzle Dry 💅

Cleaner nail polish that still performs 💅

I’ve been trying the Dazzle Dry system and what first caught my attention is that it dries in about 5 minutes with no UV light, but is formulated without many of the harsh chemicals commonly found in conventional nail polish.

Chemicals they leave out:

• Formaldehyde
• Formaldehyde Resin
• Toluene
• Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP)
• Phthalates
• Triphenyl Phosphate (TPHP)
• Camphor
• Xylene
• Ethyl Tosylamide
• Nitrocellulose
• Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK)

Vegan, cruelty-free, and designed for long-lasting wear.

Before anyone comes at me, yes… I feel for the woman who was scratched. I would have been terrified too.

But here’s the thing…

Bear encounters are not rare in foothill communities.
We moved into their territory. Not the other way around.

This was a mama bear with two cubs.
A new mom, doing what moms do… protecting her babies.

And instead of exhausting every possible option, the decision was made to euthanize her.

That’s the part I can’t get behind.

Because a warning swipe from a wild animal protecting her young should not automatically equal a death sentence.

Her cubs now have to navigate the wild without their mother…
all because we couldn’t find a better solution.

We can care about human safety and still expect more thoughtful, humane wildlife management.

Both can exist.

And right now, this doesn’t feel like that.

Your body isn’t broken… it just needs the right support 🌿

Here are 9 underrated herbs that support different systems in your body:

• Milk Thistle
Supports liver detox pathways, helps protect and regenerate liver cells, rich in antioxidants like silymarin.

• Dandelion Root
Supports liver and digestion, promotes healthy bile flow, helps reduce bloating especially after heavier meals.

• Artichoke Leaf
Supports gallbladder function, helps break down fats, great for sluggish digestion and post meal discomfort.

• Nettle Leaf
Supports kidney function, helps flush excess fluids, rich in minerals like iron and magnesium.

• Parsley
Natural diuretic, supports kidney and urinary tract health, helps reduce water retention.

• Ashwagandha
Adaptogen that supports stress response, helps regulate cortisol, supports energy and reduces burnout.

• Turmeric
Powerful anti inflammatory, supports gut and liver health, beneficial for joints and immune system.

• Vitex (Chasteberry)
Supports hormone balance, helps regulate cycles, supports progesterone levels and PMS symptoms.

• Burdock Root
Supports liver and skin health, helps purify the blood, often used for acne and inflammation.

You don’t need all of these at once
Start with what your body is asking for.

This is how we support the body instead of fighting it 🤍

Trying a few scents from PAPR Cosmetics and I love what they’re doing differently.

Most conventional deodorants rely on aluminum, synthetic fragrance, and plastic packaging. PAPR took a completely different approach, cleaner ingredients and plastic free packaging.

Key standouts

• 99.98% paper push up tube
• FSC certified responsibly sourced paper
• plastic free packaging
• printed with soy based inks
• vegan and cruelty free
• aluminum free formula
• paraben free
• essential oil scented
• made with plant based ingredients

Scents I’m testing

• Golden Coast
• Yoga Flow
• Green Machine

Clean ingredients and thoughtful sustainability. I’ll report back after testing them longer.

Is my sewing perfect? Absolutely not. But I’m learning.

This cardigan has been worn by two daughters and the cost per wear is honestly amazing. A few stitches buys us more time with a piece we already love, and keeps one more item out of the landfill a little longer.

Low tox and sustainable living isn’t about perfection. It’s about being more mindful, repairing what we can, and choosing quality over quantity when we do replace something.

And when this one finally retires, we’ll be looking for 100% natural fibers only.

Morning ritual upgrade ☕️

I love coffee, but too much caffeine can leave me jittery and anxious.

I’ve been trying MUD\WTR, a coffee alternative made with organic cacao, functional mushrooms, and spices.

It contains lion’s mane for focus, cordyceps for natural energy, reishi and chaga for immune support, plus warming spices like cinnamon and turmeric.

The best part, it has only a fraction of the caffeine of regular coffee, so you get a more grounded energy without the crash.

Have you tried mushroom coffee before?

Why I’m choosing 100% wool sweaters over synthetics

Comment the word Shop for the link to LTK where I keep all my low Tox living finds. Don't have LTK? It's easy just create an account which is free. You can shop through LTK which is super easy.
If it’s touching my skin, I want it to work with my body, not against it. Wool is one of those timeless materials that actually outperforms modern synthetics in ways that matter.

Why wool wins!

• Naturally temperature regulating, keeps you warm without overheating
• Breathable and moisture wicking, no sweaty synthetic feeling
• Odor resistant, wool doesn’t trap smells like polyester
• Naturally antibacterial, fewer washes needed
• Long lasting and resilient, doesn’t pill or stretch out fast
• Biodegradable and renewable, not plastic based
• Gentle on sensitive skin when high quality and properly made

Why I skip synthetic sweaters
• Made from plastic fibers like polyester and acrylic
• Traps heat and moisture
• Holds odor and bacteria
• Releases microplastics when washed
• Breaks down faster and looks worn quickly

These 100% wool finds on Amazon are proof you don’t have to sacrifice quality or budget to choose better materials. Once you switch, it’s hard to go back.

🧶 Shop my wool finds, linked on the LTK app.
🌱 Low tox, elevated, and actually functional

Genius!

This isn’t a new idea, it’s a return to traditional, nature-based packaging that existed long before convenience culture.

Banana leaves are renewable, compostable, and naturally abundant. They’re often a byproduct of banana farming, making them a low-waste alternative that doesn’t contribute to deforestation or long-term pollution. They’re also breathable and naturally protective, which is why they’ve been used for food storage and transport for generations.

This is the kind of sustainability that makes sense to me. Simple shifts, local solutions, and respecting what nature already does well. Progress doesn’t always mean more technology, sometimes it means remembering what worked before plastic.

Simple, natural, and actually sustainable.

Love this idea, but what do you think?
