Coaching Program -> As a Wholistic Sex Coach, I help women on a mind body spirit level to awaken their sexual energy and deeply connect back to their pleasure so that they can stand in their power and fully embrace and own their sexuality. Through my coaching program, I guide you through a 6 month transformational healing journey. I integrates my experience as a Chinese Medicine practitioner to improve your health and sexual wellness so that you can feel more energy and desire to have sex and experience more sensitivity and pleasure. I incorporate breathwork, somatic experiencing and taoist sexuality practices to help you get out of your head during sex so that you can be more present in your body, experience greater arousal and deepen your connection to yourself or a partner.

One of the best ways I’ve learned to cultivate my intuition and guidance system is through SILENCE…

By silencing my mind, I learn to calm the monkey mind…the chatter…the noise.

I allow the breath to breathe itself AND I open myself up to fully RECEIVE…

I get messages, downloads and overall more clarity. I start to feel more at peace and more LOVE.

It takes practice and some days are way easier than others but I keep going✌️

I invite you to start the day off with 15mi - 60min of silence or meditation.

See how it feels and Keep going! It takes practice and it just gets better. Trust me it will change your life!
