A calm breath… maybe a soft exhale.

She screams. Loud…. Real loud. The first time it happened it scared the absolute life out of me. Now I just brace myself and wait for the soundtrack. Honestly… it might be the most honest nervous system response in the whole office.

Also… she’s hilarious.
If you’ve never seen her comedy, go check it out.
She even had a killer set on Kill Tony back in the day.

20 pull-ups.
10 overhand. 10 underhand.

Dead hang.
Chin clears.
No swing. No kips. Actually can’t even really do a solid kipping pull up. Or a muscle up. That being said, I’d love to do one.
Just some classic 1980s style pull-ups with the Venice sun on my head.

Dr. Tremayne practices a very specific and masterful form of upper cervical chiropractic … called Knee-Chest Upper Cervical …. I come from a different lineage called HIO (Hole-In-One) Technique- Aka Toggle Recoil.

And that reminds me of something important:
