This is a program offered at The Heart Center, Facilitated by Marilyn M. Brennan, LISW-S, ACHT and Jean Horning, two women who know first hand the benefits of a facilitated grief support group. "It was very beneficial for us, and that is our hope for you."

Grief can feel like a lonely journey. No one else knows your grief or how it's affecting your life. Loss is something we all experience during our lifetime, and we all journey through it in our own unique way….no one can do it for us but we don't have to go it alone.

Restoring Hope is a bereavement program and support group for individuals who are dealing with the loss of a loved one, (spouse, partner, child, parent(s), friend, or even pet) and the resulting grief. Using a Heart Centered approach, individuals receive support for their personal journey while exploring their resilience and growth in the process

6 week Restoring Hope Journey $125.00

It's been nearly 6 months since I first landed here, hung my shingle on the door at 8456 E Washington St., and called this place The Heart Center.

This journey feels like I imagine the plants, and flowers deep in the earth all winter gathering resources and preparing to blossom in the Spring. Come celebrate this blossoming with us, explore our offerings, and enjoy some nibbles.

We'll have vendors selling yoga inspired jewelry & crystal creations. Garden of Flavor will be here with their Organic Cold Pressed Juices. There will be a raffle, prizes, and specials.
