You don’t need a spa day or fancy routine to take care of yourself. Real self-care fits into real life even on your busiest days.

1. Morning Pause – Before checking your phone, take 3 deep breaths and set an intention for the day. (It takes less than a minute!)

2. Midday Reset – Step outside or stretch for 5 minutes. Give your mind and body a quick recharge.

3. Nighttime Wind-Down – Put your phone away 30 minutes before bed. Read, journal, or simply rest in quiet.
