In his most recent position as Medical Director, Chairman and Professor of the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, he transformed the community-based practice into internationally recognized academic department. Previously, as Director of Surgical Pathology at Emory University Hospital, he led the strategic and operational reorganization of the entire Surgical Pathology services with focus on quality, turnaround time and service accountability, and planned and oversaw reconstruction of the facilities.
